Tesco
This cottage pie baby food has been pulled from shelves at Tesco over fears packs could contain pieces of blue plastic.
The supermarket has apologised in a statement and is urging parents not to feed this product - which costs £2.85 - to their children.
The affected product details are below. Other best before dates and sizes are unaffected by the recall.
Pack size: 190g
Best before: June 12, 2022
Morrisons
Morrisons has pulled tubs of Minestrone soup because it contains ingredients that aren't listed on the label.
More specifically, it doesn't mention that it contains celery and bacon - meaning this soup could pose a risk to someone who has an allergy to these items.
The label also wrongly says this product - which sells for £1.60 - is suitable for vegans.
Pack size: 600g
Use by: June 16, 2021
Aldi
Eat Real has recalled packs of Mamia Organic Carrot Puffs and Mamia Organic Tomato Wheels, which were both sold at Aldi, because they may contain milk that isn't mentioned on the label.
If someone has a dairy intolerance or allergy, they shouldn't consume this product.
Aldi sells these packs for 39p each.
Pack size: 20g
Use by: All date codes
Separately, Eat Real is also pulling various packs of its puff products, which are sold across various UK supermarkets including Asda and Morrisons.
This includes Eat Real Quinoa Puffs in the following flavours: white cheddar, Mediterranean, and jalapeno and cheddar.
It is also recalling its Eat Real Quinoa and Kale Puffs in white cheddar and jalapeno and cheddar.
Packs sizes 40g and 113g are affected for all flavours, with all best before dates up and and including end of May 2022.
Home Bargains
Choco Dippers have been pulled from shelves at Home Bargains because they could be dangerous for someone with a peanut allergy.
This is because peanuts are included in the ingredients, but they're not listed on the label.
Pack size: 10 x 14g
Use by: All dates
Lidl
Lidl stores in Northern Ireland are pulling certain packs of Reinert Teddy Bear Sausage Slices because they may have been contaminated by metal dust.
The possible exposure comes following a machine fault, the supermarket said.
The slices are made by The Family Butcher and retail at £1 per pack.
Pack size: Eight slices
Use by: Up to and including July 5, 2021
