Supermarket shoppers will want to be aware of the latest food recalls from shops like Tesco, Lidl and Morrisons. When a store has pulled a product from shelves, you should return it for a refund straight away. This is because the product could be unsafe to consume or use. Some of the latest supermarket recalls include Morrisons own-brand chocolate ice creams because some packs may contain pieces of plastic. Meanwhile, shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose have recalled a certain brand of butter over fears it may contaminated with metal.
In most cases, you don't need to have your receipt to get your money back for recalled goods from supermarkets.
For all product recalls, you can check the Food Standards Agency website which lists all the potentially dangerous items that have been removed.
Here are some of the latest recalls:
Morrisons Milk Chocolate Amour Ice Creams
Morrisons has recalled certain packs of its own-brand Milk Chocolate Amour ice creams because there is a risk that some may contain pieces of plastic.
The ice creams come in packs of threes, with those that have a date code of February 2023 affected.
No other dates or products are included in the recall.
A statement on the Morrisons website reads: "Please do not eat this product and return it to your nearest store for a full refund. We don’t need a receipt.
"No other products are affected by this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and assure customers of our continuing commitment to the highest standard of product quality and safety."

Thank you @Happygirl haven't bought any of these but those ice creams look good.
Dates are fattening but they have lots of fibre and vitamins. The odd one or two could satisfy sugar cravings and would certainly be better than eating sweets, biscuits or cake. As long as you don't go overboard.
I only bought vanilla ice cream from lidl as we like that one, phew it's not in the list [@Happygirl]
Can I also ask you ARE DATES FATTENING PLEASE ? @renatew5😺🐶 etc etc
Not got any of those but thought I had better put it on here for you all ♥
