Oh, @harryflatters , I think my laptop has got the gremlins big time. Got into my profile file and went to settings, having put all notifications toggles into the 'on' position. Guess what, I checked through the notifications and then went back into the setting and checked the settings, all toggles where back in the 'off' position. I shall try again and then give up. Any suggestions?

That's very strange @renatew5😺🐶 but sorry, I have no useful suggestions for you. My laptop sometimes seems to have a mind of it's own also!!

Dear @Flossy 🍰🍰🍰🎄🎄🎄, just having read the 2nd paragraph of your post, I have had a feeling of Deja Vue. Your son and I seem to suffer from the same symptoms. Since the 3rd booster on 6/1/22 and lately, I have the same pain in the upper left arm and the injection site feels tender when the weather changes. I was also asked to see the GP after a blood test for a blood count, the red platelets are above normal.

The surgery made an appointment for me to see the GP. During the consultation, he mentioned, it could have other underlying symptoms like bowel cancer and a test kit was sent to me and I had another blood count but the platelets were still climbing and it just left the GP and Haematologist a little baffled but discussing it with a Consultant, it turned out all tests are negative for C but even so, everything is ok but I have a high iron deficiency. On alternative days I have to take an iron tablet 2 hours a meal. My blood sugars are all over the place too and my insulin has been increased to 50 units per day. The type of insulin I have is Lantus Solostar plus metformin 1000mg x 2 and lots more to keep my mojo going. The other one is little Bobby, he keeps me going with lots of love and wet, sloppy kisses in the mornings. Both keep well and calm and this new year turns out well for all of us.

Thank you @renatew5. I'll show your comments to Rob tomorrow I am sure he will be pleased that someone has also had reactions - not that he will be pleased that you are also suffering. His doctor has been so dismissive of his reactions to the covid booster. I will go into his appointment with him - even though he will be 50 next week - and make sure he is listened to. He's really unwell and I just don't know what to do. At least one problem was resolved today I managed to get Rob's insulin - from Tesco of all places! Our usual pharmacy has been unable to source any since before Christmas - they have still not found any and the next one is due. These shortages are very worrying Have a happy new year. Flossy Xx

Good Morning @ Flossy I am not the only one with this injection site problem, my son John (57) has the same problem but he has had the Astra-Zeneca serum and never had the 3rd booster. Steven had the same as John and has had no problems. I had the Pfizer vaccines and from all the recent discussions about their vaccines, it was never really tested. I blame the vaccine, even told the GP but oh no, it is never the vaccines. @harryflatters
