This message is primarily for @Happygirl . I know that you are using Chrome - which is the same as I do. Is your screen display set to 100%? I had a similar problem to yours - not being able to see the publish button - on another site this afternoon. The only way I could get to see the publish button was to change the zoom control to 75% which shrank the screen down and made the button come into view. After posting my information I returned the screen to100% and was able to continue.
I hope that you will give this option a go - I miss you on here. It's not the same and I am longing to see some more of your cakes. Like these.
