Sorry @renatew5😺🐶 only just seen this with your lovely good wishes. We often have those ready made curry sauces, usually a Patak one, and very good they are too I think! Butter Chicken is one of my son Marks favourites and I am sure John enjoyed his and it prepared him well for his night shift. all the best for 2022.

John is back tonight after the long break and it will be a rather cold night, the temperature is falling rapidly. It was Fusilli Pasta with ready made Tuscany sauce with pancetta and ricotta and extra grated cheese.

We had some lovely curries from an Indian restaurant @Happygirl - it tasted even better because Mark and Jonathan paid for it all and had it delivered to the house! Mark and the boys have to do the tests today latest (we remembered to bring the kits with us which he had organised to go to our flat) and self isolates until negative result confirmed (hopefully!) Don't think he has to quarantine on return to Belgium but just do more tests!! It's a lovely morning here in Cooden but quite cold - temperature definitely dropped overnight. Arranged for my Wine Club to deliver to the house here. Just had confirmation should be arriving this afternoon so a good evening assured! Picking up the turkey etc from local butcher tomorrow so then all set we hope. I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing time and look forward with good hope for a better new year for us all - that's after the new restrictions of course!! Bound to come!! Stay safe all.
