Well I have tried again!

My haircut in due the second week in June and the nails this Wednesday and Thursday this week is for making Patty's Birthday cake plus another shopping trip and if Friday is dry, I will have to water in the slug killing nematodes before planting out the peas and beans. Everything is late again this year and I have not as yet managed to sow any salad leaves/lettuces, carrots, beetroots etc. It's too windy and it would blow the seeds all over the place and not where they should be. I have not even thought about tanning and sun cream. I do live in 'Hope'.@Pinkaholic79 💖🦄🌺 @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹

So far we've got rain and sun. No thunder yet. Sounds like and adventure going to Lidl. I'm going shortly to lidl, can't wait for them to bring in the small green house again, Dinke want a veg corner for himself in out tiny garden. This time last year I was sunbathing and getting a lovely tan 🤣.

I have not been out at all last week, not even to do the shopping. I am fed up to the teeth having to dodge the heavy downpours and chasing blown about pots etc. In between, I was nursing my tender veg. The beans, peas and tomatoes want to be planted on and the cucumbers and courgettes are ready too, followed by the aubergines and a selection of border plants including sunflowers.

I have been shopping at Lidl's this morning, dodging thunder and lightning plus torrential rain. It started spitting when I reached the church near Lidl but during cruising the aisles making my selections (and keeping to the list), the heavens opened big time with rolls of thunder.

By the time I reached the checkout and packed everything into my large trolley, it had stopped but I had to dodge large puddles, the drains could not cope with. Sounds lovely, @renatew5😺🐶 we're having slow roasted belly pork with mash, carrots and leek&cabbage mix. 😊 We don't have our meal till about 6.30

Just finished washing up. We had New Zealand top half leg of lamb. The half with just a little bone, which gets smashed in the morning with a lump hammer to get to the marrow for Patty. I don't let her have the bone which is sharp and could do damage to her gums and insides. The meat was beautifully soft and tender and there is some leftover for tomorrow's meal. We had the usual roast potatoes and carrots and broccoli. I cooked the meat in a roasting bag and I used all the lovely juices and some water from the veggies for the gravy. Not only did Patty lick her platter clean but John licked his plate clean too, to the annoyance of Patty. She always gets a propper Sunday dinner just like us. @Happygirl

Now that you mention it @Pinkaholic79 💖🦄🌺 I have the same problem with the notification bell but I now ignore it and try to answer when I have a notification in my inbox.

Another thing I have noticed too @renatew5😺🐶 @Happygirl @Flossy 🧁🧁🧁 @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹 that even when clicking on the notifications it still doesn't always take you the the "one you clicked" I end up searching for it or giving up.

@renatew5😺🐶 so frustrating, on my mobile I noticed I don't even get the little number by the bell now, on previous page it will let me know tho. How strange this is all happening with wix.

Oh dear 😥 you're having a lot of trouble, I'm sorry I can't help you out. When @Flossy 🧁🧁🧁 started this site I nearly gave up as I had loads of problems which they thought was because I used a tablet, but eventually and I'm not sure why things just seemed to sort themselves out and mostly (touch wood) I don't have much trouble now. 😊

Well, I just tried again and after checking it out and seeing both @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹 and @margaret.s acknowledging my comment, I clicked on the notification bell and I have had now 70 notifications and after I clicked on to see which 5 fellow friends mentioned me, guess what, the blooming WiX Error 500 page came up. I have come to the conclusion not to bother with my notification page anymore and just go by what lands in my inbox. So, if I am not quite up on the topics, it is not me being ignorant, it's the WiX website builder and their entourage.

Hopefully it will get sorted soon @renatew5😺🐶

I managed to get on to the sight via my e-mail inbox and the header of 'Notification from Flossy - check it out - and by clicking check it out, I managed to get on the site but if I press the notification bell (80) at present, the error page comes up whenever I try to see what any of you posted for me to see and take part in reading and answering. By not being able to do so, I might come across as ignorant or not bothered in taking part.

Lots of notifications from all of you but to see what it is all about, I have to go through all the groups one by one and that can take all day. I do not think for one moment that it is my laptop because everything else works 100% and I always go out of a program completely before entering into another. A message just flashed across from Flossy. There again, whatever I do, I get mail notifications coming across the bottom of the screen whilst doing whatever. I either click the 'save flag sign' or 'delete bin sign.' Just going off to see what @Flossy has to say.
