@Tanith thanks for the useful information. I wondered why my reviews for Amazon have always been rejected when I've used a video, I thought it may have been the type of file or just not good enough for them but I've looked at my settings and I have it on 1080 so next time I do a video I'll try reducing the resolution, hope it works.

@Happygirl I am alright I think. When the tumble happened I was rather lucky but knew that it would pester me later.

I had the surgery on the phone last week giving me an appointment for a diabetic blood test and telling me that the secondary surgery nearer me is open again and I asked to go there for the test. It is a walking distance or a third of the journey to the nearest bus stop, a third of the journey by bus and the last third walking again. So, being a nice warm morning, I decided to walk the whole journey baring in mind, the last time I walked that distance was over two years ago. I got there, no problem and I sat down in the waiting area for a few minutes. The diabetic service has drastically changed and not for the better. Just the blood, no urine test, no blood pressure measure, no weigh in and no pulse check on the feet. "We just go by the blood results now!", the nurse said. Anything unusual and the doctor will call. How things have changed since the start of the pandemic.

Anyway, I walked back all the way and by the late afternoon I knew I should not have done so, my right side,hip and back was rather painful. I did not think that a 3 and 1/2 mile round walk could have that effect. Walking Patty has not that effect even when Arthur Itis is pestering me. @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹

@renatew5😺🐶 Oh bless you, yes you walked too far i think, i have noticed that i can no longer walk like i used to before the pandemic, even with my 3 wheel stroller. Yes times are changing for the worse now, it is like the lung clinic, no blood pressure etc being taken, not very good is it

@Happygirl We just had ordinary rain, but heavy-ish in South North Dorset (between Blandford and Dorchester). Stupid council thinks we're up near Shaftesbury. That all looks well nasty.

@duchess Hey, when things get back to normal then we used to go on coach trips to Dorchester, we could maybe meet up for a cuppa some where when and if the world gets back to normal ?
