Listening to all the Christmas songs on the radio and decorating the tree, it suddenly started to feel like Christmas. 🤶🎅 Photo of tree and fireplace. I Don't have much space in the room so this is the only place for the tree.

Your mantlepiece looks really classy and the snow like skirting too. My Tilly puss would really adore it, firstly the lovely glittering tassels on the mantelpiece and secondly the skirting for "kneading the dough". Having had a cat, you know what I mean @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹 . I also noticed that we have bought some Christmases ago the same kind of trimmings (the little straw wreaths with the little silver bow and glitter. I still have two angels left from the set. One is topping Lidl's £5 mini tree and the other one somewhere on the garland. We have bought a small real tree pot grown, 3 years old but it was so puny and tender limbed that I would not use it. It would not have held even the lightest kind of bauble, let alone a string of lights. It is in the greenhouse and I will put it later outside and try and nurture it and see how it will grow, perhaps for next year. @harryflatters @Happygirl @Pinkaholic79 💖🦄🌺 @roz

And lastly the little puny tree. It is a Nordman fir pot-grown, so with care, it will carry on growing.

Oohhh @Janet 💋🍰🍝🍹 I'm loving your decorated fireplace, shame I put my spare snow blanket back in the loft. Is that tinsel or something else surrounding the mantelpiece? Can't quite figure it out, but I like it.
