For any one using this on your phone it is worth looking at this information. I found mine was set to everyone and have now changed it to only contacts.

We are not allowed to use apps such as facetime, whatsapp etc. It is precisely because of these types of issues. Our phones are locked to 'No-on should be allowed to be added unless they are formally added and all details checked'.
