The only thing I can think of @Janet ๐๐ฐ๐๐น, and unfortunately it does happen, is that your tab software may need updating or the app. Or worse case scenario, the tab software is no longer compatible with the app.
Hi @Janet ๐๐ฐ๐๐น sorry it is taking me a long time to help you. I am still looking for my cables. I will reach out to the Wix Community and see if they have a solution. Wix still say that they do not support tablets. I have been having problem using my mobile. Text has been disappearing as I have been typing. Samsung have given me a work around until they have solved the problem. Will let you know as soon as I get a reply.

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble on site @Janet ๐๐ฐ๐๐น I've not been getting emails sometimes for 'likes', 'new posts'etc for a bit although I did get one re. this post of yours.
