Twenty one years ago Dennis and I were on the committee for our local Christmas group. We ran it for 10 years and enjoyed every bit of it, then handed it over to a new team as we gave up volunteering in the community.
This year the team decided to celebrate the 21 years of the Grotto and invited us and a few others from the original team to cut the ribbon to officially open it to the public. We also had the privilege of seeing the Grotto before the opening. They have done a fantastic job, it was just like a winter wonderland. Here are a few photos. When I get them, I will add photos from the News that the photographer took.
