Back in December we had roller blinds in the conservatory with a side chain to pull up and down, One morning I started to raise a blind and the chain broke whilst the blind was only half way up. As it couldn't be repaired we decided it was time to renew them.
I contacted two companies and the best one was Thomas Sanderson. We now have a new type of blind that you just slide up and down. It is pleated and can slide to any position on the window. We have chosen a lovely warm orange colour. So pleased with them.

They look nice @Janet ๐๐ฐ๐๐น like the colour. When we moved in here, we looked into getting some blinds. Settled on a firm called '247Blinds' and got their 'day and night' blinds for the patio doorway to our side balcony and one other window. Hugely cheaper than the 'big' names, although you do have to measure (carefully!!) for them to make them and then fit them yourself, which I managed OK. the first one they sent us was not to the measurements I had given them but they quickly made up another one correctly - I still have the 'wrong' one (way too long!!) under the bed!!
