Holiday or not.

So we went to Italy for holiday/business.

The business part is that I sold my inherited property. Cheap, real cheap, 32500€ so nearly £28000 my loss in a way, but if I had sold for more I still would've still lost money. I should've sold it for at least 60000€. But as the property needs a lot of work doing to it, I needed at least 30000€ to sort it out. So the buyers agreed to buy at a reduced price and sort out the issues themselves, but this has been signed for too, so nothing can get back to me at a later date. Also in my area the property value is rubbish. It's a very big house and in ££ it probably would worth apx £550000/650000 if not more here in England. Shame I couldn't bring the house back 🏡😂.

The holiday part was pants this time. I mean we knew that my town is quiet and nothing to do, you need a car to move around. And not being able to stay at my house due to no water or electric. We stayed at my cousins, who made lots of promises and then nothing happened. Quite disappointing, we barely went anywhere, only a few evening festivities, her hubby was always out at the allotment. It was their excuse not to go out, it was done on purpose, we know it as a fact, because every year we went to Italy, it was the same thing. Even when my dad was there. We didn't hire a car, firstly we needed to save money and secondly my hubby would not drive there either, for one the way they drive is scary! Bumper to bumper, and two they drive on the other side, so it can get confusing.

One day we did go for a trip on the mountain, which was nice, and literally two days before we came back, we went to the beach, in the evening, when the sun had almost gone, so not much fun either.

I met up with one of my school friends and her hubby, we went for pizza.

My town unfortunately is becoming a ghost town, it's getting quieter by the year. Before long only elderly ppl will live there. It's a shame tho, summers where nice once upon a time in the town I grew up.

The picture of Dinky in the lemon tree was taken in the garden of my house, we have done one in the same tree all the years we went, one day I'll retrieve them and post them here, same with spinning the wheel for the raffle. Couple of my town Church pictures. All the street lights, dancing giants and fireworks were from another town. Firework display was at 02:00.
