I managed to get a Lindt Lindor mint one reduced plus we have two of the rabbits to enjoy.

These are my Easter Eggs, the red lint one I got for my birthday, and the small chocolate sweets we will use for decorating a cake.

The white one we are going to give to our son and his wife, the Rabbits are going to sit on top of two large cakes, and I shall devour the smaller hedgehog M & S one.

Boy din't I do well and what a shame hubby does not like chocolate ha ahhhhhhhhh

Good Friday has been the hottest day of the year so far, with Bank Holiday traffic filling roads across the country.

The 22C (71.6F) in St James's Park, central London, beats the previous record of 20.8C (69.4F) set in London on 23 March and Cornwall on 25 March.

What a beautiful day.

Been out for a long walk on the common with Maggie May and probably went too far, but now sat in chair recovering!

Mr nabob and I are nearly fully recovered from covid and I have actually been away for two day girlie golfing break to Wales. Had a lovely time and the weather was kind and had smashing company and played (two lovely long) golf courses. I feel I have my stamina back.

I won nearest the pin on a on par 3 over water and had an Easter Lindt bunny for my prize. Overall I came 3rd out of 11 so I am so happy.

My pal and I even went to Barry Island on the way and had a great walk and had a fantastic snack in the cafe featured on Gavin and Stacey. Even though it was half term it was not that busy!

Nothing planned over weekend except to catch up with all the usual washing, cleaning etc.

Will be starting to pack as we are off to St David's, Wales next weekend for a week in a cottage. Will be getting the OS maps out to do a walking plan too.

Have football on computer today. Off to Bristol tomorrow for the Minister that married us retirement. (The strain was probably too much !!!). Sunday have to visit Shepton Mallet, might get back to wash the car and maybe a walk on monday later when there are not so many people about. Makes a lot of difference since we lost the dog, still miss her.

Not really doing anything, I will hopefully be putting up a shelf in the chicken run. I have all the chicken stuff in the greenhouse and I want to make space for the plants. I have been waiting till the end of chicken lockdown but I don't think it's going to be anytime soon. Hope the chickens don't get too disturbed.

Chickens are doing ok in general but Dan is about to go broody, I can tell by her clucking, it changes.

We got nothing much planned [@Happygirl] , going to an Easter egg hunt later today in the woods, organised by the Church. Easter Sunday doing our own little Easter hunt with some bits rather than to much chocolate. Go out for a bit, and that's it.

we are just staying inside having a quiet one, which we always do as we saw the family 2 weeks ago, but would love for you all to share something nice, maybe a picture of home cooking, a plant, anything to make us all smile ♥
