Don't know about any of you, but I have a problem wearing a mask so I wear a visor. I start to panic and struggle to breath feeling closed in. However, while I was in a garden centre yesterday I saw these face mask spacers and bought a pack to try them. Just slip one inside of a mask and it gives space between your face and the inner of the mask. I'd heard about them but didn't know if they would work, I have problems with my glasses steaming up, do you think they'd help with that @Janet ๐๐ฐ๐๐น .
