I was absolutely rooted to the spot !
It was a fictional drama about a nursing home and what they went through at the beginning of the Pandemic, with ambulances not turning up for ill patients as they were deemed to be not an urgency even if they were struggling to breath with Covid, lack of PPE , staff shortages, and how the hospitals were dumping new elderly patients onto them without having been tested for Covid etc and two really good actors in it were Stephen Graham and Jodie Corner.
Extremely thought provoking right the way through !

Didn't watch it -too depressing! Anything with Stephen Graham in it is good though. We watched the repeat of 'Manhunt' with Martin Clunes as DCI Colin Sutton and his team trying to make the case against that monster Levi Bellfield - brilliant and compelling viewing!
I forgot that was on [@Happygirl] was going to watch it, thought the advert was good.
It said at the end of the show if you watched just before the credits that hospitals got 80% of the PPE equipment yet care homes just 10%, and i guess the other 10% went to the shops?
Very thought provoking indeed and played it how we have heard it really was for many care homes too!
I think there is going to be a few eyes opened when some people watch this as to how the care homes were forgotten or at the near bottom of the list.
