BUTTER £9 for 1kg!

I thought it was a joke - the price of a 1kg tub of Lurpak on sale at £9.

Then I saw this on eBay. Who on earth are the 4 people who have bought a tub of Lurpak for £10.79 and £5.99 on postage. That's £16.78 for a small tub of butter. Even millionaires must think twice about this. Was it you @harryflatters ?

@Flossy 🍰🍰🍰 I pay £2.30 for 250g of butter. That's £9.20 a Kg.

I know some people will pay silly money for things on Ebay, is that for just a little tub?

no i think that was for a 1kg large tub @roz and it is only a little higher than the supermarkets now so people will pay that for it to save them going out in the car with petrol the way it is, a sad day for Britain with the prices going up the way they are, the children will suffer
