You know folks, I spent yesterday on/off crying and trying to find a FOREVER HOME for a beautiful small girl tortoiseshell Cat!
She was under fed and it was awful to see her tum tum turning in and seeing her spine.
DO PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY CAN JUST MOVE AWAY AND LEAVE THEIR ANIMALS BEHIND ?
That is right, this beautiful little girl was left living under the front lounge window in the foliage waiting hopelessly for her owners to come back but of course they haven't and wont.
A lady alerted me to it as many people know that i have fostered cats before, hoggies birds etc etc.
The animal charities are all inundated at the moment and it would take time for this little one to be rescued and i am just so mad, yesterday i was upset and today i am mad, actually i am quite livid.
They are bring out a law which states that you must have your cat micro chipped, BUT i think some people just wont bother taking it to the vets for any sort of help and so wont ever be found out not to have had theirs micro chipped at all.
So many people see a cute kitten but NOT THE FULL PICTURE of when that cute bundle of fur grows up and needs medical help etc.
I am sorry to have gone on but this is a never ending story with animals and there is NO EXCUSE FOR ABANDONING ANY ANIMAL.

Personally I think it should have been a life sentence in the Lions cage at Longleat/Marwell. That may have been short, but at least we wouldn't have to pay his board and lodgings for the next five years.
Time for more harsher sentences, mind you i was very glad to hear that the BRIGHTON CAT KILLER got 5 years, should have been more but at least he was put away.

I am finding out that, as time goes by, then round here we are seeing much more of this abandonment, and i do not understand why ?
