Here is I think the chorus:- I'm busy doing nothing, working the whole through

trying to find lots of things not to do.

I'm busy going nowhere, isn't it just a crime?

I like to be unhappy but I really don't have the time. la la lalala...

It is from a film but I cannot remember it. Must have been from a long, long time ago.
